Every Javai coffee starts as a roast profile built and refined with AI. The model weighs origin, density, and target flavor, then maps the exact roast curve to get there. Our roasters execute that profile in small batches, so each cup is precise and repeatable. This is what AI-roasted means at Javai. Not a gimmick, a method.

We roast after you order, not weeks ahead. Beans are specialty-grade and roasted in small batches, then sealed to lock in freshness and shipped fresh. Your coffee reaches you close to its roast date, the way it should.
Lab-tested for purity.
Coffee is something you drink every day, so we hold it to a high bar. Our coffee is tested by an independent third-party lab for heavy metals, mycotoxins, and mold cultures. In testing, heavy metals came back below quantifiable limits, mycotoxins were not detected, and yeast and mold measured under 10 CFU per gram. Lab results reflect the samples tested.
Specialty grade.
We work with high-grown, specialty-grade beans selected for clarity and sweetness, including single origins from Ethiopia and Colombia. Good coffee starts with good beans. AI makes the most of them.
