We want you to love your coffee. Because coffee is a sealed food product, we handle returns a little differently than other stores.

Change of mind. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened or unopened coffee for change of mind. This keeps every product safe and fresh for every customer.

Problems with your order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or make it right. Photos help us move fast.

Lost in transit. If tracking shows your order did not arrive, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will sort it out.
