Our darkest coffee, built on a base of low-acid Brazilian beans chosen specifically because they hold up to serious heat without ever turning thin or ashy.

Most coffee falls apart at the edge of a dark roast. We take this one right up to that edge on purpose, deep into French-roast territory, where the sugars caramelize past sweet into something bittersweet and the roast itself becomes the flavor: bold, smoky, and full.

A roast this dark is unforgiving. A few seconds too far and it tips from intense to burnt, so we hold it at the exact point on the curve where it is darkest but still alive, and our roast model lands it there every batch, never past it.
