Single-Origin Ethiopia

A single-origin coffee from the Guji highlands of Ethiopia, one of the most celebrated growing regions in the world, where high elevation and slow ripening build real depth into the bean long before it is picked.

It comes from native Ethiopian heirloom varieties grown above 1,900 meters and washed and dried at altitude, the clean process behind its bright, layered character, with nothing added at any stage.

We roast it light to protect that delicacy, far enough to open the aromatics while keeping the cup clean and bright. A coffee grown this high and roasted this light has nowhere to hide a roasting mistake, so our model holds that exact profile on every batch.
