Single-Origin Peru

A single-origin coffee from the smallholder farms of northern Peru, grown by hand high in the Andes, where tiny family plots quietly produce some of the cleanest, brightest coffee in South America.

It is fully washed and slow-dried at altitude, a careful process that keeps the cup crisp and lifted, with the clarity to let a deep base and brighter top notes sit side by side without ever muddying into each other.

We roast it light-medium to protect exactly that clarity. Push it darker and the bright top collapses into the base; stop short and it turns thin. The window between is narrow, and our roast model hits it the same way on every batch.
